Cancellation 

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please get in touch as soon as possible- preferably by phone. Cancellations 48 hours before the appointment is due will incur no charge. Cancellations 24 hours prior to appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the full treatment price.
